Rowdy
Support
Last updated August 18, 2026
Rowdy is pre-launch and small, which means support isn’t a ticket queue — it’s one inbox, read by the person who built the app.
Email that address for any of the following. Include your account email and, if it’s relevant, which night or quest you’re asking about:
- Account issues — sign-in trouble, wrong age gate result, deleting your account. Deletion is done by hand at the moment; there’s no button for it in the app yet.
- Reporting a person, photo, or quest — this is the only way to do it today. In-app report and block controls aren’t built yet, so email is the channel that actually reaches us.
- Privacy requests — access, correction, or deletion of your data. See our Privacy Policy for what we hold.
- Bugs — what you were doing, what you expected, what happened instead. Screenshots help.
- Press and partnerships — bars, venues, or events interested in Rowdy.
We aim to reply within 2 business days. That’s one person’s intention rather than a staffed guarantee — but reports involving safety or Section 1 of our Community Guidelines get read before anything else in the inbox.
Before you email — quick answers
Is Rowdy out yet?
Not yet. We’re pre-launch. The fastest way to know the moment it ships is the waitlist on the homepage.
I have a join code. What do I do with it?
Hang onto it — visit the link exactly as your crewmate sent it, or go to /join and it’ll be saved there once you’ve opened it once. You’ll need the Rowdy app installed to actually use it, which isn’t available until launch.
How do Schmeckels work?
You earn them by playing — there’s no way to buy them. Full detail is in Section 4 of our Terms of Service.
Someone made me uncomfortable / sent something inappropriate.
Email us at the address above. In-app report and block controls aren’t built yet, so that address is the way to reach us, and it is read by a person. See our Community Guidelines for what happens next.
